Womxn of Color hold powerful stories, rich with heritage resilience, brilliance, and purpose — narratives too often unheard, overlooked or misrepresented.
These stories aren’t just personal; they’re catalysts for healing, empowerment, and collective change, lighting the way for a future where Womxn of Color rise, find inspiration, and create lasting change.
Spotlighting Womxn of Colour shifts them from being the subjects of stories to becoming the leaders of their own narratives. By recognizing and celebrating their contributions, we elevate representation, visibility, and impact across everydiscipline.

Studies have shown that mental health outcomes can be influenced by cultural identity and access to spaces where people can express themselves authentically.
So, when individuals are able to embrace & celebrate their heritage, traditions, and lived experiences, they gain the confidence to navigate spaces that may have historically ignored or excluded them.
“Positive feelings in your heart will enhance your sense of self-worth.”
By affirming one’s roots and identity, individuals are better positioned to create shifts that preserve the power of diverse perspectives.
I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Natasha - the creator and host behind ManaMind StrongHer, a podcast and movement dedicated to lifting up Womxn of Color—especially those from Pasifika and diaspora communities.
She is a Voice of Light, nurturing spaces where others can rise and flourish - proving that change can be both powerful and tender. Her vision stretches beyond today, mending what was once broken - through unfiltered storytelling, cultural truth-telling, and deep conversations about healing, identity, and purpose.
With a vision to create spaces where womxn can reclaim their voices and speak openly, Natasha built Mana, Mind & StrongHer as a platform “for the womxn breaking cycles & barriers, to tell their stories and heal out loud.”
“Stand strong, be steadfast, be confident; act on your purpose, fulfill your hope.”
ManaMind StrongHer-Unfiltered is more than a podcast—it’s a journey toward self-worth, healing and collective empowerment.
The stories featured on Mana, Mind & StrongHer, remind us that healing isn’t linear, and that when it’s shared openly— in truth —then it starts to grow roots.
Mana, Mind & StrongHer gives Womxn of Color the microphone and the platform to say: "my story matters", "my identity matters", "my voice holds power" – lighting the path for others to find their courage, dignity, and belonging—in a world that so often wants to silence them.
